About the Author
John Dougherty is an award-winning children's author born in Larne, Northern Ireland, who now lives in Gloucestershire, England. A former primary school teacher, he began writing for children in the 1990s and published his first book in 2004, later leaving teaching to write full time. Beyond Stinkbomb & Ketchup-Face, he has written more than forty books, including the Zeus and Bansi O'Hara series and the award-winning The Hare-Shaped Hole. He is also a singer, songwriter, and popular school and festival performer. This series is illustrated throughout by David Tazzyman, known for his comic artwork on the Mr Gum books.
